Dess introduced me to a local artist called Dick Lim (a.k.a. Chye). Dick is a veteran in the advertising/graphic industry. Returning to his first love, he launched his own fine art gallery on Westbourne Road featuring his oil paintings in a variety of styles, themes and techniques.
